Fly over the waves while practicing foiling! The trainee is equipped with helmet and vest. A transversal bar connected to the boat allows the upper body to be held in place and facilitates flat gliding and take-off while being safe. The trainee starts on a paddle, the progression is then done with the rudder. The final step will be to use a shorter board to get the power of the swell and generate speed by the "pumping" effect. After 6 sessions, the trainees should be able to surf the chop without help from the boat.
