This bakery offers a good range of breads. At weekends, they also offer special breads and fruity breads. They work with a flour mill of the Blés Paysans network, which ensures a fair payment to the farmers. Flour used in the elaboration of gâche, brioche, viennoiseries, bakery pastries...
