The adventure of the Beillevaire cheese factory began over 30 years ago in Machecoul, south of the Loire-Atlantique. Farmer in his early days, like his parents, Pascal Beillevaire makes the markets to sell the milk and cream of family production. This high quality cheese is part of the French cheese landscape and you will find these products on many Vendesian markets. The head office is based in Machecoul, even offers the site visit to find out more about the manufacture of the cheeses of this beautiful house. You can also find their cheeses on the restaurant's restaurants. Cheese is made from raw milk collected hot morning and evening. Cheeses and many fresh dairy products such as raw butter, raw cream, fresh cheese of all kinds, such as the bridge of Yeu, a goat cheese at the butted crust, yogurt and flavored yogurts as at home: milk rice, cream cream, milk semolina… The top of the cheesemakers!
