Galettes and crêpes with a good reputation to be tasted in a charming house on the island of Yeu.
The charming house is anchored on the port and can be spotted by its blue shutters. The galettes and crêpes have a good reputation. We chose the "Coup de foudre" with goat cheese, chorizo, pepper and honey. Mussels are added in season and simmered dishes in winter. On the pancake side, original dishes such as the 8 Mètres (fresh mint, brown sugar, flambé) or the Patachon (apples cooked with cinnamon, salted butter caramel). If you're not into pancakes, other suggestions include the charivari: vegetables and minced beef sautéed with garlic, chilli, lemongrass and soy sauce.

On peut regretter que les galettes étaient sans doute pré-cuites et donc sèches sur les côtés
La garniture non essentielle (chantilly et salade) est abondante (voire trop) ce qui masque le goût des ingrédients principaux
