This is the island's gourmet restaurant! Maître Restaurateur, Stéphane Gilot's cuisine is fine and tasty, with just the right amount of audacity. Fresh produce is highlighted in a short menu, with winter starters including pan-fried prawns and octopus with Soubise jus, followed by fillet of sea bass with buckwheat, crispy sea urchin bread and creamy smoked broccoli, pan-fried ceps and lobster milk. And for dessert: salted butter caramel crunch, Tatin apple, granny emulsion and cinnamon tartar. Les Bafouettes offers a catering service.
