Audrey and Laurent Soulard's restaurant is one of the finest in the south Vendée region. In the dining room or on the terrace overlooking the swimming pool, discover fine, inventive cuisine such as the grilled hake and mullet duo, fennel ginger condiment, large lead risotto with vegetables, langoustine fumet. The menu changes every 2 months and always includes a vegetarian dish. A passionate cuisine where everything is homemade, where local products (mostly organic) are favored, with a fine wine list!
