An old 19th century property on one hectare, a stone's throw from the city center, on the edge of the marsh, where you will be welcomed by Nelly, an antique dealer. In an authentic building with exposed beams and framework, a mixture of styles from antique objects to a more industrial style. The family suite is composed of two large bedrooms separated by a living room and library. Outside, a 35m2 terrace with a pergola for lounging.
