Restaurant with magnificent rock-cut wine cellar offering gourmet cuisine in a Napoleonic-style building
At the foot of the church, this star-spangled restaurant will charm you. A cosy dining room in an 1860 building, with a wine cellar dug into the rock. Emmanuelle announces dishes from a menu that changes every 15 days. Simon works with fresh seasonal produce, without distorting it: Scallops, Chinese cabbage kimchi, bergamot sabayon, then mini grilled leek veal, nasturtium tuberose, chanterelles, black garlic/death trumpet condiment. We love the original marriage of coffee and mushroom for dessert, and the 200-strong wine list.
