The future soccer stars of tomorrow have been coming to Montaigu-Vendée every year for over fifty years

The Mondial de Montaigu celebrates its 51st anniversary. Soccer federations from all over the world have taken part, and many youth teams from Europe's top clubs: M'Bapé, Ronaldo and Benzema have all played! It takes place over several days, with a mini-championship in pools, followed by knockout matches. The tournament is divided into three categories: the Women's Nations Challenge, the Men's Nations Challenge and the Club Challenge. In 50 years, the Mondial Football Montaigu has welcomed 800 teams, 72 countries, 7,500 referees and 15,000 players.
