A singular restaurant on the road to Herbaudière. Sober, organic cuisine with the Nature & Progrès label, in line with the "vegan friendly" philosophy (it follows the vegan charter). A restaurant that caters for flexitarians, vegetarians and vegans, concerned about the treatment of animals and the environment, but also sensitive to over-consumption. They work with producers from "farmers' markets". The chef does everything from A to Z, right down to the bread, made with organic wheat flour from Moulin de la Brosse.

De plus nous sommes reparti avec des bocaux de plats fait sur place et des gâteaux à tomber. Le restaurant vend aussi ses plats à emporter, des gâteaux et du pain excellent. Comme cela est inscrit sur la devanture, végétarien, vegan, flexitarien tout le monde trouvera son bonheur.
Une adresse qui mérite d'être connue. On y retournera ça c'est sûr.
