A singular restaurant on the road to Herbaudière. Sober, organic cuisine with the Nature & Progrès label, in line with the "vegan friendly" philosophy (it follows the vegan charter). A restaurant that caters for flexitarians, vegetarians and vegans, concerned about the treatment of animals and the environment, but also sensitive to over-consumption. They work with producers from "farmers' markets". The chef does everything from A to Z, right down to the bread, made with organic wheat flour from Moulin de la Brosse.
