L'Ételle, the new name of the Fleur de Sel hotel restaurant created in 1982, offers a new, more accessible lunch menu from Wednesday to Saturday, and a festive Sunday lunch menu. At dinner, a unique menu with a choice that changes daily over 2 weeks: the Menu Croisière and the small evening menu. Head chef Éric Pichou is celebrating 30 years in the business this year. Your meal will be served in the elegant decor, combining timeless elegance with a seaside feel, or on the pretty terrace.
