LE GRAND FOUR
Cosy, elegant restaurant with a short menu and fine seasonal cuisine.
Just behind the castle, Le Grand Four is hidden behind the walls of a beautiful 17th century building with a Virginia creeper facade enhanced by pink shutters. Founded in 1956, this house, which the Vétélé family has marked for many years, has changed owners several times. Henrick Garriga has been in charge of the kitchen for several years. The setting is cozy and plush, the menu quite short, the fine cuisine, retains its flagship dishes from year to year as the cheek of beef confit 96h, and the baba and rum Embargo, in conclusion.
