L'ÉTIER
Restaurant where you can enjoy a fine cuisine, made from fresh and local products.
This restaurant overlooks an étier, offering a great view from the veranda. Cosy dining room, meticulously prepared cuisine using fresh produce and local ingredients as much as possible. Many of the dishes are classics that return year after year: foie gras with dates, scallops in autumn, sweet potato mousseline, cep emulsion with buckwheat. In winter, game makes its debut on the menu. As for fish, the chef favors local catch, with the Herbaudière fish auction nearby, and seafood is not forgotten.
