Gourmets and farmers get together to celebrate the harvest of the island's emblematic potato. All the production, about a hundred tons, is put on sale the same day. Planted at Candlemas on a bed of seaweed, it is harvested by hand 90 days later. The particularity of the most famous potato: its nutty and iodine taste and its crunchiness.
