Vianney and Lamia's bakery, which took part in the French TV show La Meilleure boulangerie de France, overlooks the square and the pedestrian street. Two entrances for twice as many gourmets, who will find the specialties that have made the reputation of this good bakery: flan maraîchin, brioche vendéenne, gâche and Cob. Rustic bread remains a favorite, as does the famous Parisse baguette. Try the focaccia, it's to die for! There's no compromise on quality here. Everything is homemade! With fruit, chocolate... the creations are numerous.

Je rejoins l'avis sur la baguette blanche. Acheté semaine dernière, un bâton durci dès la fin de journée, malgré le temps. Elle croutait et n'a rien à voir avec ce qu'on attend d'une bonne baguette craquante, odeur convenable mais mie serrée, pas levée. C'est encore plus triste si elle est artisanale ! Il n'y a pas que la baguette tradition, cohabitation inconvenenante avec un logo Mof.

Une boulangerie ou nous venons acheter notre pain assez régulièrement. La parisse est juste délicieuse. Les petites pâtisseries, en plus d'être belles sont exquis. Merci
