Vianney and Lamia's bakery, which took part in the French TV show La Meilleure boulangerie de France, overlooks the square and the pedestrian street. Two entrances for twice as many gourmets, who will find the specialties that have made the reputation of this good bakery: flan maraîchin, brioche vendéenne, gâche and Cob. Rustic bread remains a favorite, as does the famous Parisse baguette. Try the focaccia, it's to die for! There's no compromise on quality here. Everything is homemade! With fruit, chocolate... the creations are numerous.

Depuis la reprise de cette boulangerie par les nouveaux propriétaires Vianney et Lamia nous découvrons plein de nouveautés que ce soit le pain au kg comme le matelot ou encore la NOBlé en plus des incontournables tel que la pâtisserie Noirmoutrin et la baguette ou pain rustique.
