This black building with the appearance of a saloon houses a smoking and salting workshop. Here, we offer you many fish (most of them coming from the local fishery such as hake, pollack, tuna, mackerel, meagre, sea bream...) prepared in an artisanal way: salting with dry salt from Noirmoutier, smoking with sawdust of beech wood and slicing by hand. You will also find fresh and smoked fish rillettes, salmon gravlax, eel, duck breast... You will also find these products on the markets of the island.
