Poissonnerie et plateau
Voyageant en camping car, nous sommes allés à la poissonnerie d'intermarché. Des crabes frais ( vivants) sur les étals, nous en avons choisi un et le poissonnier nous l'a fait cuire au four à vapeur. Et 21 mn plus tard, nous pouvions le déguster. Cuisson impeccable ... Et l'employé qui nous a servi adorable !!!
