Specialties include: fricassee of frogs' legs, fisherman's stew, sauerkraut of the sea, skate wing or waterzoï, and mussels in summer, and on the meat side, Chasseur rabbit stew or sweetbreads. For dessert: tarte Tatin with salted butter caramel sauce.
