More than a craft brewery, it's a farm-brewery-malting plant. On their farm, François and Ingrid produce their own beers in an eco-responsible way (right down to the bottles, which are consigned). They produce quality beers in blond, amber and brown versions, in a range of sizes, made from quality cereals grown on the farm, and named after marsh birds (Avocette, Gorge bleue), because here the notion of preserving nature is paramount.
