Serge's food truck, in love with the sea, is anchored on the port. It offers products from responsible fishing and fished by fishermen from Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and the Ile d'Yeu. To be tasted on the spot or to take away: home-made rillettes prepared with Label Rouge quality sardines from Saint-Gilles, grilled sardines, or the fish of the day: mackerel, tazar (small tuna) depending on the season and the catch of the moment, or a hake fillet, all grilled on a plancha. Good point: plates, cups and cutlery are biodegradable and compostable.

Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, Ville de la sardine, c'est juste en face du port de pêche proche de la gare et de la mairie que vous trouverez ce coin de restauration durant la haute saison. Manger sur le pouce, prendre place dans ce périmètre n'est pas désagréable. Odeur de la sardine grillée vous donnera très certainement envie de savourer le local...Juste faire la queue.
