Restaurant among the good tables of the country for a refined cuisine with a good quality/price ratio.

This restaurant overlooks the large beach. This address is one of the best restaurants in Saint-Gilles. At its head, a globe-trotting chef, Andreï Carafa and Amandine Pascaud. The cuisine is refined and the panoramic view on the ocean, makes this moment a nice gourmet break. A bistronomic cuisine, on a traditional basis with influences from his travels, with for example: ceviche of mackerel with five citrus fruits, braised shoulder of lamb, stewed red cabbage with pineau, or back of pollack in a bacon crust, and the signature dessert, the chocolate sphere.

Quel bel endroit… le cadre est très cosy et agréable, la vue sur mer finalise, la cuisine est délicieuse avec des produits frais et le personnel est aimable et professionnel. Bon rapport qualité prix
