This restaurant overlooks the large beach. This address is one of the best restaurants in Saint-Gilles. At its head, a globe-trotting chef, Andreï Carafa and Amandine Pascaud. The cuisine is refined and the panoramic view on the ocean, makes this moment a nice gourmet break. A bistronomic cuisine, on a traditional basis with influences from his travels, with for example: ceviche of mackerel with five citrus fruits, braised shoulder of lamb, stewed red cabbage with pineau, or back of pollack in a bacon crust, and the signature dessert, the chocolate sphere.

Je confirme beaucoup trop d'attente de notre coté aussi ! Réservation faite pour 12h30 .... le dernier convive n'arrivera que vers 14H00. Alors je trouve ce commentaire osé sachant que vous avez fait la fermeture seule de l'établissement en profitant de cette si belle vue... qui semblerait être le seul point positif de votre commentaire .
