The Saint-Jazz-sur-Vie International Festival celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2024. It is held at the Salle de la Conserverie, a former fish canning factory transformed into a festival hall. In the week leading up to Pentecost, the whole town is alive with the sounds of jazz. It presents a world-class program. The biggest names in jazz have graced the Conserverie stage, from Joe Turner and Ahmad Jamal to Memphis Slim and Dee Dee Bridgewater.
