Behind the pretty blue façade: brioche vendéenne (plain or chocolate), traditional gâche, fion (flan maraîchin) offered all year round in addition to pastries. Among the main cakes concocted by this craftsman, travel cakes: Délice des Chouans, chocolate fondant, Neapolitan, Nantes cake, big cookie with Nutella. On Sundays, the kouign-aman is in the spotlight. The other pastries change according to the season (entremets, fruit clafoutis...); on the bread side, there are about twenty of them with the star product, the Pétrisane.

Nous avons adoré le gâteau nantais et le kouign amman. Tous les gâteaux sont appétissants et donnent envie de les acheter ! Une bonne adresse à Saint-Gilles.
