Enjoy raspberry-white chocolate cookies, peach-caramel-salted butter shortbread, rhubarb-almond glaze, croquants, palets, meringues, prefou or salmon-dill shortbread, the delicious chocolate-caramel fondant heart, the good brioche. The flagship product, caramel, is available as a chocolate truffle, peanut or banana flambé. All homemade by chefs, in the Noirmoutier workshop, with exceptional regional raw materials and no preservatives or artificial coloring.
