Are you a fan of Buffalo Bill, Calamity Jane? Thierry and Adeline invite us to enter an original Far West style decor that looks like it was taken out of a western movie, especially if you have the chance to attend one of the country or bluegrass evenings! On the menu too, focus on US specialties: caramelized ribs, marinated buffalo brochettes, homemade chili con carne (or its vegetarian version), Tombstone burger (2 beef steaks, onions marinated in Jack Daniels whiskey), or the buffalo steak burger, with its cheese bun. A change of scenery is guaranteed!

Super restaurant, très belle découverte. De passage sur Saint Hilaire de Riez, nous sommes venus diner 2 fois de suite dans ce restaurant. Nous avons très bien mangé, les plats comme les desserts, rien à dire! La serveuse Windy est très accueillante, souriante, le bar man également (il fait très bien les planteurs Mexican????????) ainsi que toute l’équipe de ce restaurant. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation, allez y les yeux fermés!!! ????

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans ce saloon à l'ambiance unique. Service agréable. L'assiette du cowboy est parfaite pour goûter à un peu de tout.
