Pilours combines elegance and originality, from the cosy lounge with its blue armchairs and hangings, with its bar decorated with silver scallops, to the splendid terrace on the seafront, passing through the majestic main room with a mix of table and round benches, or the back room with its fireplace: everything is magnificent! The cuisine, home-made, is fine, modern, creative, favoring local seasonal products like the Aizenay goat cheese mixed with the pork belly confit, as a starter.
