For more than 25 years, Chez Bastien has been offering a consistent quality cuisine, valuing homemade products. The setting is modern and warm, enhanced by touches of color. With a regularly renewed menu, this table is open to all budgets. Careful and fine cuisine, where quality products are privileged, with daily arrivals of fresh fish. And this is what you get: crab meat and pea panacotta, then sea bass filet, cream of coteaux-du-layon or braised lamb mouse. Un lieu extraordinaire de convivialité et de qualité. Ne passez pas à côté du couscous de la mer, entre autres. Serveurs aux petits soins ... J'ai hâte de retourner en Vendée...
