This restaurant on the outskirts of L'Aiguillon-sur-Mer boasts a very attractive decor: modern, uncluttered and spacious, complemented by a small, sheltered patio/terrace, which is invaded as soon as the first rays of sunshine arrive. Home-cooked dishes, a short menu, quality cuisine that leaves room for beautifully crafted, well-cared-for plates. Each week, a different menu is offered, offering an alternative between meat and fish, with the day of our visit a supreme of Vendée guinea fowl, pumpkin purée and salted granola followed by a cheesecake.
