A site dedicated to roses, with 950 different varieties of roses grown naturally, without any treatment.

Between Saint-Gilles and Coëx, a 3-hectare site dedicated to the rose with 8,000 roses of 950 different varieties, including some very rare ones. They are presented by theme: scented roses, landscape roses, world roses, old roses... For seven generations of nurserymen, they have been pampered. No treatment, no insecticides, no watering: roses in the natural way! In addition to the 2-hour guided tour, Bernard gives precious advice on how to preserve it. A fascinating olfactory tour and an extraordinary welcome. Rose lovers, a visit is a must!

Opening time and information on THE ROSE GARDEN OF VENDÉE

Open from May 7 to end of September. From 1/05 to 30/06, 7/7 from 10am to 7pm. From 1/07 to 25/09, Tuesday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm. Free for children under 13. Adults: €6.80 (in May and June, and €3 from July to September). Permanent visitor pass: €12. Guided tours (in May and June: Wednesdays and Thursdays at 10:15 am; in July, August and September: Wednesdays and Thursdays at 4 pm, followed by Gormande rose cuisine). Gift store. Accompanied animals.

an au naturel garden! we liked the side a little " brut" and precisely very natural gardens, unlike the gardens to the chalk line with no an aromatic herb that exceeds. the roses are loved but it was not imagine that there was as many kinds. a warm welcome.

We have visited this rose garden and was a very nice moment a real pleasure to breathe all these flavours

I went at the end of May for the festival of the pink; they were bath.

The comments of the visit were very interesting. And the entrance fee is very reasonable
