La Plume Au Vent is a livestock farm offering a wide range of local products. Specializing in Label Volailles de Challans poultry, the farm also offers pork, milk-fed calves and lamb. Since 2021, a grocery store has been added to the boutique, offering a selection of pasta, oils, flour and jars. The farm also offers tours and events to enable visitors to discover their craft and products. Products are sold online and can be reserved and paid for on site. La Plume Au Vent focuses on human-scale production, respecting animal welfare and sustainable agriculture.
