A beautiful building in Sainte-Gemme-la-Plaine offering a traditional cuisine, made in France.
A beautiful building with blonde stone walls, Gauvrit terracotta floor tiles, chestnut beams, Vendée furniture and a fireplace. Fleur Gerfaud announces the dishes of her husband David, whose traditional cuisine advocates " made in France" in everything from the dishes to the decor, tableware and materials used. During the winter, the menu featured a gois gras mi-cuit with lemon and mango chutney, followed by a skewer of sea bass cheek with lemon cream. Short on time? the Vendé'Ain burger to go. And for a little sweetness, a vacherin with liqueur.
