Open since 2023, La Cabane du P'titgas is the tasting room created by the Petitgas family (from Les Viviers de la Mine), oyster farmers and refiners from generation to generation since 1907! Regularly awarded gold at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris with the Célestine, oysters from this producer's claires d'affinage are available for tasting, alongside other shellfish such as cockles, clams, mussels, prairies and a speciality, flat oysters.
