In Bourgenay, Christophe offers a concept combining a cellar and a wine bar. In front of the entrance, on the small square, there is a pretty terrace with colourful furniture. Inside, next to a bar hidden behind an original truck front, is the cellar which lists 80 references of wines. In the wine bar, 34 wines are offered by the glass, not counting all the Vendée beers. We meet there to taste a dozen oysters from Veillon. Other dishes on offer: sausage rougail, burgers, omelettes, entrecote steak and bowls.
