From the entrance of the sea water to the salt harvest, discover the salt marshes of La Guittière and the work of the salt workers. Equipped with traditional tools (copia, survalet, raballe), they harvest a salt which, by its whiteness, made the fame of the village. Hoping for heat and wind, the 3 salt workers wait patiently for the crystallization, result of the evaporation of the water inside different basins.
