Passionate oyster farmers for more than 30 years, Murielle and Patrick Guyau invite you to discover their oyster production in Talmont-Saint-Hilaire, in the Payré estuary. This couple of oyster farmers offer a wide variety of seafood products: oysters, shellfish, crustaceans, but also seafood platters to taste on the spot or to take away! In addition to seafood products, they also offer some local products from Vendée, such as salt, fish terrines and rillettes, fish soups, saltwort and wine.
