This former coaching inn on the Napoleon road to Biarritz owes its name to the stone quarry. Over the generations, it has become an elegant hotel and a Michelin-starred gastronomic institution (for the past 25 years). An intergenerational 4-handed dynasty, father and son invent dishes inspired by local, seasonal produce. Une excellente table basque

Le Briketenia est l'un des meilleurs restaurants basques, avec un rapport qualité/prix exceptionnel (surtout le "petit menu" du midi en semaine. Si vous avez la chance d'être en terrasse, vous bénéficierez d'une superbe vue sur les Pyrénées. Accueil charmant. Vins assortis.
