Kasbür means "cheese farmer" in Alsatian and refers to the activity of the chef's ancestors. Le seul bémol il ne faisait pas très chaud ds le restaurant.
Les serveurs étaient professionnels et très agréable.
Service irréprochable et personnel très sympathique. La cuisine est innovante, les accords mets-vins sont toujours de belles découvertes !
