There's no a la carte menu here, just Surprise menus in 4, 5 or 6 courses, according to the inspiration of our chefs. We take you on a journey through the Basque country, using traditional recipes that are both innovative and talented, without artifice, thanks to the wealth of local producers and the mastery of chefs trained in top restaurants. Beautiful compositions, flavors and perfect cooking. A well-deserved reputation.

Et bien, c’était parfait au niveau de la cuisson des poissons, des assemblages, des sauces avec de belles découvertes au niveau des vins blancs également.
Ensuite, 2 desserts particulièrement frais et réussis pour finir en beauté.
