Satisfaction once again for La Maison de Pierre, which has taken up residence in the Hôtel Berria and continues to be awarded 1 Michelin star. There's no a la carte menu here, just Surprise menus in 4, 5 or 6 courses, according to the inspiration of our chefs. We take you on a journey through the Basque country, using traditional recipes that are both innovative and talented, without artifice, thanks to the wealth of local producers and the mastery of chefs trained in top restaurants. De la grande cuisine, des amuse gueule au dessert à un prix abordable (menu midi à 25€). La cave, très complète, pourrait néanmoins intégrer des demi bouteilles. Service jeune et sympathique.

On adore tout ! Cuisine créative et toujours excellente à chaque visite… même quand on pense ne pas aimer un produit, on est surpris et on se régale ! Accueil et service impeccable : super toutes les explications sur les plats ! Et une bonne cave. C’est toujours avec grand plaisir que l’on revient.
