From the outset, what strikes you is the setting in which the educational goat farm is located: a fort dating from 1878. Once you have passed the porch and crossed the vaulted passageways, the goat farm, all dressed in wood, is waiting for you. Béatrice welcomes you for a two-part visit. The first one, theoretical: biology, breeding, cheese making, the second one, practical: brushing, feeding of the kids (February and March), hay for the adults, milking. Note: the male kids do not end up in the slaughterhouse but in eco-pasture. No doubt, here we love goats!
