What could be better than tasting on a terrace overlooking the marina in the port of Hendaye? A first image in a marine setting: wooden slatted walls, a few paintings illustrating the ocean, ropes, portholes, wooden tables originally decorated with ropes in all 4 corners... After tapas and a "house" cocktail, the captain's dishes are sea and land, with farm eggs with truffonade cream, porcini omelette, sautéed fresh chipirons, hake à la plancha, 48-hour lamb with jus, and pistachio tiramisu on the sweet side.
