L'APOSTROPHE
Address offering light dishes with market products and inspired by a feminine cuisine.
A surprise in this former Post Office bar, revisited but still in the same spirit as before, with bistro-style furniture, a period counter and a large terrace for aperitifs and sharing plates. Emilie creates quality cuisine, following her inspiration, with light dishes based on seasonal produce: Pyrenean trout in gravlax, pressed foie gras and confit, roasted pollack, quail in crapaudine stuffed with candied apricots cooked at low temperature. Sweet dishes are also well executed, as witness the Tatin apple with Basque cider.
