SAN MARTIN CHURCH
An opportunity to discover the church of Saint-Martin, with its baptismal font and slate spire surmounting the bell tower.
Erected in honor of Saint Martin between the 13th and 14th centuries, the church features a 13th-century baptismal font from the Abbey of Saint-Jean-des-Vignes in Soissons. Unfortunately, the slate spire that once topped the quadrangular bell tower has now disappeared. Admire the "Life of the Virgin" triptych paintings and 19th-century stained-glass windows depicting the life of Jesus Christ, from the Bon-Secours chapel. A unique place to recharge your batteries and admire the beauty of sacred art.
