The building was destroyed by the English in 1429. The present church is therefore the result of its reconstruction in 1487. It has the particularity of having been implanted outside the walls of the city hall. The church is of late Gothic style, and was built according to the plan of a basilica. On the side of Rue Saint-Crépin you can observe a remarkable portal, decorated in the th century. In the choir, statues made in 1825 by sculptor Gauthier also attracted eye.
