After having delighted the Saint-Quentinois people for three years with their tea room, Les Biscuits Mademoiselle moved to Chauny to better focus on the development of the artisanal biscuit factory. Sandra and Mathieu produce between them all the wonderful little sweets of their pretty brand: meringues, scones, crispy biscuits, cookies... each available in multiple flavours that will make it very difficult for gourmands to choose! Made with 100% natural and very often local ingredients, these cookies are a small local nugget to discover. A selection of teas, herbal teas and rooibos are also available for sale.
