THE HALLS
Hall housing a country market on the first Sunday of each month from April to October
Built by Marie de Luxembourg, grandmother of the Prince of Condé and the Duke of Guise, between the 15th and 15th centuries, and classified as a Historic Monument in 1979, the market hall is home to a country market on the first Sunday of each month from April to October. Of robust aspect, the imposing roof rests on corpulent columns which one could qualify of Roman inspiration. A restoration of the frame and the re-roofing with flat tiles have recently been implemented. Note: the old town hall rests on part of this covered market.
