BRIGITTE ET DANIEL CHOTARD

It is in a family farm of sixteen centuries old that Brigitte and Daniel Chotard perpetuate Tradition while adhering to the latest wine-making knowledge. Simon, their son, a major from the Toulouse Oenology School, has resumed management of the field since the beginning of 2014. The sancerre of the house is authentic and frank, wide and mineral (white, red and rosé). Daniel Chotard develops wines which he says are "the expression of a land". They enjoy fine recognition. They were quoted in the Top 50 of "wines offering happiness right away" by the professional magazine Bettane and Dessauve.
